V.S. Interchem Private Limited was incorporated in 2003, carrying forward a chemicals business the founding family had already been running for years. Based in New Delhi, with storage and operations in Haryana.
Heritage
Continuity, not reinvention.
The business began in 1995, distributing fine chemicals to industry across North India under the founding family's earlier firm. V.S. Interchem Private Limited was incorporated in 2003 to carry that business forward, and has since grown into a manufacturer, blender and authorised channel partner, with bulk solvent storage, an in-house quality-control laboratory and its own delivery fleet.

How We Are Set Up
Three places, one chain of custody.
Material moves from our suppliers into our own storage, through our own laboratory, and out on our own vehicles. Nothing in that chain is subcontracted, which is why we can answer for a delivery date and for what is in the drum when it arrives.
